Due to the nature of perfumes as hygiene-sensitive products, we follow a strict no-return policy.

Returns & Refunds

No returns or refunds once an order is delivered, including:

  • Opened products
  • Unopened products
  • Change of mind
  • Scent preference

Exceptions

Refunds or replacements are only applicable if:

  • You receive a damaged product
  • You receive the wrong item

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Unboxing video
  • Clear photos of the issue

Requests beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.
