Are your perfumes original?

Yes. All perfumes sold at Sans Perfumery are 100% authentic, brand new, and factory-sealed. We do not sell testers, decants, or replicas.

Do you offer scent consultations?

Yes. We provide a free scent consultation to help you choose a fragrance that fits your taste, occasion, and climate. Just email us before ordering.

Why are your prices different from retail stores?

We keep our pricing straightforward and avoid unnecessary markups. This allows us to offer competitive prices while maintaining authenticity and quality.

Can I return or exchange a perfume?

Perfumes are hygiene-sensitive products, so all sales are final once delivered. Returns or refunds are only accepted if the item is damaged or incorrect.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually delivered within 2–4 business days in the UAE and 4–7 business days outside the UAE, depending on location and customs clearance.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We currently ship to the UAE, GCC countries, and India. Shipping fees and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

Will the scent last the same on everyone?

Fragrance performance varies based on skin chemistry, weather, and usage. Longevity and projection can differ from person to person.

What if the packaging looks different from photos?

Brands may update packaging or batch designs from time to time. Minor variations in box or bottle appearance are normal and do not affect authenticity or scent quality.
